The City is seeking a dedicated Wastewater Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our wastewater collection and treatment systems. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards while maintaining efficient, reliable service for the community. The supervisor will oversee system inspections, maintenance, and monitoring, as well as conduct routine sampling and analysis. Additional responsibilities include maintaining precise records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring the timely submission of required documentation to regulatory agencies. PAY - $34.41 – $43.92 per hour, plus overtime and $300 per week on-call pay and pay premiums of 2.5% Wastewater Collections DSS and 2.5% Wastewater Treatment DSS
SCHEDULE - The regular schedule for this position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Subject to 24-hour call out, 7 days a week in emergencies during assigned on-call weeks.
MOVING EXPENSES - The City will reimburse for up to $5,000 of eligible moving expenses. In accordance with IRS regulations, reimbursement for moving expenses is a taxable fringe benefit.
